Furthermore included in this new photograph release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
